Dubai, the most populous city in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), has a collective of sub-communities called Al Barsha. Being one of the newer residential developments, it currently consists of 6 sub-communities: Al Barsha South One, Al Barsha South Two, Al Barsha South Three, Al Barsha One, Al Barsha Two and Al Barsha Three.
These development projects have started in Al Barsha because it is thinly populated than other sub-communities in Dubai. It is located near to Dubai Marina, Dubai Internet City and Palm Jumeirah. Al Barsha currently includes Dubai Autodrome and Mall of the Emirates.
Schools in Al Barsha include American School of Dubai, Dubai National School, Al Mawakeb School – Al Barsha and Dubai American Academy. Developers have already bought plots in Al Barsha and are expecting that buyers will come soon when apartments are developed.
