Palghar is a town in Thane district and is located 129 Kms towards North from the district headquarters Ratnagiri. It is a border town located near Gujarat and situated at a distance of 87 Kms from capital city Mumbai. Connectivity of the locality is set to improve with the local railway line from Virar which is expected to extend to Dahanu. It will provide a further boost to real estate prices in the locality.
