In keeping with its vision of being the largest home provider in India and its mission of providing quality life spaces, the company is focused on developing the fabric of value and affordable housing in India through integrated and mix use townships.
The company pioneered the concept of value homes through its national brand Shubh Griha and also developed the New Haven brand for the affordable segment in India. These national brands have been instrumental in nurturing the dreams of many Indians who wished to own a home. These first of its kind townships currently have approximately 22 million square feet under development across 8 locations in 4 states in India with potential for greater penetration across new geographies in the near future.
